Dear Pardada Pardadi Family,
This month, we celebrate Kirti’s inspiring journey toward achieving her dreams. We also bid a heartfelt farewell to Mr. Shajan Jose, whose contributions over the past 25 years have significantly shaped Pardada Pardadi’s journey. Our girls continue to achieve new milestones in sports at the national level. The teachers and staff travelled to Manali for an annual retreat to promote team spirit.
Pardada Pardadi Spotlight- Kirti's Inspiring Journey

From Dust to Building Blocks: Kirti’s Inspiring Journey
In the village of Khalour, the walls of Kirti’s ‘mitti ka ghar’ didn’t just hold a roof; they held a suffocating weight. Inside, the air was thick with the scent of grain dust from her father’s gruelling shifts at the flour mill and the silent pain of losing her mother.
At an age when other girls played, Kirti carried the survival of five siblings on her small shoulders. The world told Kirti that girls from Khalour didn’t need to dream; they only needed to endure.
But Kirti chose to fight back and shape her future.
