PPES strives to make socially empower women by making them financially independent. Women and girls are made financially secure by facilitating professional higher education, enhancing their skills, and providing jobs (in partnership with I Village).

For any job opportunity in the organisation, the first preference is given to Anupshahr. Out of a staff of 121, nearly 100 are from Anupshahr and thirteen daughters of eight of them attend the PPES school.

PPES provides opportunities for further education for the students and give them career guidance for their life ahead. Today 72 of PPES graduates are working in fields like medicine, IT, etc.

Pardada Pardadi also partners with IVillage to create gainful livelihood opportunities for rural girls and women. Unskilled and semi-skilled women are given on-the-job training in stitching, hand embroidery, and machine embroidery.

IVillage is a social enterprise that finds a market to sell the products manufactured in these units. For more information, please visit their website:
