Pardada Pardadi Educational Society (PPES) is a non-profit organization founded in 2000 by Virendra (Sam) Singh, dedicated to empowering rural women in India through education, employment, and sustainable development. PPES has provided free education, vocational training, and healthcare services to over 6,000 girls and 10,400 women, helping them gain the skills and confidence for independent lives. Recognized globally for its impact on education and women’s empowerment, PPES primarily operates in the Anupshahr region of Bulandshahr district in Uttar Pradesh.

We value creativity, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Design and Animation Intern to join our communication team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a professional setting, work on real projects, and gain valuable industry experience. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate and may have the opportunity for full-time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling graphic design materials, including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, infographics, and more.
• Produce and edit engaging animations for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the Communication and fundraising team to develop creative concepts and execute design strategies.
• Support the communication team with various tasks, including image editing, layout design, and visual content creation.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our visual content.
• Ensure all design work is completed within deadlines and meets high-quality standards.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and animation.

Required Qualifications:

• Current enrollment or recent graduation in a relevant degree program (Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.), CorelDraw, Canva, etc.
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and animation skills (please include a link in your application).
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
